Send us your source materials. We evaluate the complexity of your project and get back to you with the implementation time and cost estimation of the model processing. When confirmed, we issue you a prepayment request for 20% of the processing payment.

After the prepayment is completed, we start processing the model. It approximately takes 1-7 days (depends on the complexity of the work). When it is done, we provide you with a beta version of the 3D model on our test site to be approved. Access to the beta page is carried out using login credentials. After the model is approved, we send you the code of the viewer and issue an invoice for the remaining 80% of the model processing payment.

You need to choose how many streams you want to order. Please keep in mind, the number of streams you subscribed for equals the number of users who can interact with the model at the same time. If it is fewer than the number of people trying to access the model simultaneously, some of the users are not going to be able to view it. In this case, some of your clients will see a black viewer screen and the notice: "All servers are in use.”

On the 1st day of each month, we bill you for the previous month of service. For more information, see the Pricing section.

You can stop streaming your model(s) at any time. We charge you for the actual streaming time.
